Maybe use the metadata more efficiently, and bookmarks/shortcuts for easier operation. When uninstalling, please choose not to backup the config file. The simplest way to reset MinimServer on a Synology NAS to the defaults would be to uninstall and reinstall it. It would be useful if the developers tried to reduce the number of clicks to get to a piece of music. This is a bug in the current version of the Synology package (0.72) and it will be fixed in a future release. And an option to sort by year would be nice when viewing a whole band discography. But it would be nice to have the grid view option when browsing composers or bands. This works well with MinimServer for classical music, much better for browsing composers. I have previously used Stream Magic, Cambridge Connect and am trying this with a 851N. Thanks again for your continued support and happy listening! Really hoping for support to view pdf inlay booklets in the app. MinimServer, on the other hand, has been built in a more flexible fashion: using its intelligent browsing mechanism you can select genres, composers and other fields to progressively narrow down the results. I also love the short videos detailing the updates which appear in the app, a nice way of communicating the new features when the new versions of StreamMagic arrives. Broadly, most UPnP media servers approach library browsing from the traditional artist / album / track hierarchy.

I’d like to thank the developers for their regular updates…nice to see the return of the grid view of album art from the last update (the last feature I missed from the original CA Connect app and implemented better in StreamMagic, worth the wait). This app is now solid, stable and is always improving.
